Don't forget to get your permit... That's right you do need to get a permit from Town Hall in order have a legitimate garage sale. The permit costs $10 Cash/$11 credit card but is actually worth the price. For your money you get five large approved "Garage Sale" signs and your event will be posted on Little Elm's website plus in the local paper. Not a bad value.
